What we expect from you

Your appointment

Please check in at reception before your appointment. You are required to identify yourself for each appointment. This also applies to children and adolescents. So please make sure you bring a valid identity document with you. If you have new contact details (e.g. a new telephone number or email address), please inform the staff at the reception.

You will receive a reminder SMS 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not yet have your mobile phone number, please give it to the staff at the reception.

If you are unable to come to the appointment
If you are unable to come to your appointment, please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to do so, you will be charged a no-show fee of € 45. This fee will not be reimbursed by your health insurance provider.

Excess limit (eigen risico)
The costs of our care are calculated from your first consultation (including intake and crisis contact). This applies even if this consultation does not lead to further treatment at MET ggz. The excess of your health insurance applies. Check your health insurance policy for information on the level of your excess. If you have any questions about this, please contact your health insurance provider.

Completing questionnaires

If you are receiving treatment from MET ggz, you may be asked to complete questionnaires. These questionnaires give you an insight into the impact of your treatment.

When mental health issues interfere with the quality of your life, MET ggz can offer a helping hand. We are here for you.

Interpreter

If deemed beneficial to your recovery, an interpreter may be assigned for your sessions with one of our healthcare-professionals.
